He is the president of the Ibero-American University Foundation – FUNIBER, since 1997, a private non-profit institution, which integrates students, studies and technology at the service of cooperation, development and economic growth.
He holds a PhD in industrial engineering and works as a professor and researcher in projects at the European University of the Atlantic (Santander – Spain), at the International Ibero-American University (Mexico) and at the International Ibero-American University (Puerto Rico, USA).
His professional career has always been linked to the field of Project Management and Control.
In 2017 he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the Universidad Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión (Peru) for his contribution to the development of international cooperation projects.
He has published 31 teaching publications, including books and manuals on projects and environmental issues.
