Ms. Alexandra Lillo

Senior specialist in AI regulation and ethical governance at the Observatory of Ethics in AI of Catalonia

Alexandra Lillo Campoy holds a degree in Law from the UAB, a Master’s
degree in Diplomacy and International Organizations from CEI International
Affairs (UB), where she specialized in human security, as well as another
Master’s degree in Legal Practice with a specialization in human rights (UOC).
She is currently studying data science.

She is a senior specialist in AI regulation and ethical governance at the
Observatory of Ethics in AI of Catalonia (UdG), where she is responsible for the
areas of health, research and innovation, and public administration. She is also
the author of the AI system self-assessment models “PIO Model: Obligations
and Rights,” the “PIO Model on Health,” and the “Guide for the Ethical and
Legal Use of AI for Public Administrations.”

Previously, she gained experience in European policy in Brussels and in the
third sector in Catalonia, working in areas such as international cooperation, the promotion of human rights, and legal assistance for women in vulnerable
situations.
