Conditions applicable to online contracting
Through this website, users may request the contracting of various services offered by the Foundation. In order to apply for their contracting, users must truthfully fill in the data necessary for their formalisation, as well as attach any documentation that may be required. During the contracting process, users will be informed of the steps to follow for its correct completion, as well as for the correction of any errors during the entry of data. Should any of the information required as essential not be provided or prove to be untrue, the service request may not be processed or, if noticed after the conclusion of the corresponding contract, the Foundation may terminate the contract in the scenarios and times established by law, without this in any case obliging the Foundation to the payment of any amount as interest or any other type of consideration.
Users must explicitly accept, by ticking a box, that they have read and understood the stipulations contained therein, this acceptance being necessary for the valid application and subsequent contracting of the product. Spanish will be the language in which the prior information and the contractual conditions will be presented, as well as the language in which the services derived from the same will be carried out.
