Beatriz is a Technical Engineer in Forestry and Natural Environment Management. She has 11 years of experience in conservation and management of protected natural areas throughout Spain. She has developed her professional work from a multidisciplinary perspective, working on fires, environmental restoration in the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park, teaching for professional teams (BRIF) and restoration of Macaronesian forest ecosystems.
He also has extensive experience in agriculture, both horticulture and tropical and Mediterranean fruit trees. The collaboration with the FGN dates back to 2011 and became definitive in 2017, participating in the drafting and implementation of projects for the conservation, restoration and management of protected habitats and agriculture associated with biodiversity, environmental education and climate change. It is currently coordinating the Life Soria ForestAdapt project for adaptation to climate change in Soria’s forests.
