Mr. César Luaces

César Luaces holds a PhD in Mining Engineering, specializing in Mining, Civil Works, and the Environment. He has a solid academic background with several master’s degrees in various fields of expertise: Environmental Impact Assessment, Public Policy Development, Business Administration, and Management of Business Associations. Additionally, he has completed coursework towards a Master’s degree in Occupational Risk Prevention.

He currently serves as the General Director of the Spanish Confederation of Mineral Raw Materials Industries (PRIMIGEA), the National Association of Aggregates Producers (ANEFA), and the Aggregates Federation. He also holds the position of Secretary General of the Spanish Confederation of Extractive Industries of Rocks and Industrial Minerals (COMINROC) and the Mining and Life Foundation.
