Marta Anglada holds a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Girona. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Girona, an Executive Master’s Degree in Innovation from the School of Industrial Organisation in Madrid and an Executive Master’s Degree in Marketing and Leadership from ESADE Business School.

With almost 20 years of experience, she is currently Director of Sustainability at Ferrer, a position she has held since May 2014, where she is responsible for overseeing Ferrer’s global sustainability strategy, encompassing both environmental and social initiatives. Throughout her career, she has been deeply committed to driving transformation within companies and organisations to promote sustainability and social responsibility. He has experience in developing comprehensive strategies, leading cross-functional teams and executing transformation projects with the aim of creating a positive impact on the environment and society, and is responsible for leading Ferrer’s transformation process as a BCorp company.
