Kayleigh Crabb is a Policy Researcher at the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES), working within the Paris Agreement Article 6 Implementation Partnership (A6IP) Center. She serves as a lead contributor to the 2025 Paris Agreement Article 6 Implementation Status Report (A6ISR), a flagship publication analyzing international carbon markets, including Article 6.2 cooperative approaches, the Article 6.4 mechanism, voluntary carbon standards, private‑sector engagement, and emerging trends for NDC 3.0. She also leads the development of the Carbon Markets Now video podcast series and has organized key UNFCCC‑affiliated events, including an official SB62 side event and support for the launch of the first A6ISR at COP29.
Her work includes capacity‑building with governments across the Pacific, Southeast Asia, and Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as private‑sector engagement with organizations such as IETA, VCMI, ICVCM, and CAD Trust.
Kayleigh holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment and has extensive experience in environmental governance, nature‑based solutions, and biodiversity. She has conducted fieldwork in Indonesia and contributed to reporting and analysis during the COP15 biodiversity negotiations in Montréal.
