Professional with more than 20 years of experience in higher education, business strategy, communication, and the development of high‑impact projects across the public, private, and social sectors. Awarded an Honorary Doctorate for her contributions to higher education and business engagement, she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Sciences. Her academic background includes two master’s degrees (Educational Management & Leadership; Education) and multiple certifications in teaching competencies, managerial skills, telecommunications, IoT, and international programs such as IB.

Founder and Director of Ágora Educación A.C., an organization dedicated to educational outreach, vocational guidance, training, and human development. She also serves as President of Talentum 360 —the Educational Cluster for Innovation, Employability, and International Entrepreneurship— and as CEO and partner of Grupo Habla, a consortium of companies in logistics, communication, marketing, and telecommunications. Additionally, she is Director of Corazón LAtinoamérica, a platform promoting economic development and training for artisans and entrepreneurs across Latin America.

She has contributed to educational redesign and curriculum development for Laureate International Universities, and has served as an advisor on communication, technology, and public opinion for national institutions, including the National Development Plan and the Ministry of National Defense. As a speaker, workshop leader and academic adviser, she is frequently invited by universities and international organizations.

Committed to female leadership and social impact, she is a Founding Member of the Global Pact of Women Leaders, Mexico Country Chair for G100 (Higher Education & Industry Connect), and advisor to the Cruz Roja Empresarial. Her career integrates strategy, innovation, education, entrepreneurship, and a deep understanding of the talent and productivity ecosystems in Latin America.
