SESSION 2

Development of Value Chains and Reliable Offset Projects (Sustainability in the Value Chain)

What barriers need to be lifted for hydrogen technology to succeed?

What will we talk about in this session?

Sustainability has become a necessity for all companies that want to ensure their long-term success. Sustainable management implies a shared responsibility that extends beyond the company and into its value chain.

Companies are increasingly dependent on their suppliers, which means that problems in the supply chain can have a significant impact on the company. As more companies understand the importance of sustainable value chains to the success of their businesses, an increasing number of organizations are taking proactive steps to incorporate values such as environmental, social and governance (ESG) into their operations.

To design sustainable value chains, companies must analyze all stages, from production to procurement, from delivery to customer service.
