The hotels will provide a shuttle service to transport conference attendees from their hotel to the facilities of the European University of the Atlantic, where the Congress will take place. Attendees staying at the University Residence can reach the European University of the Atlantic on foot.

- Tarifas por día IVA incluido
- Estancia mínima de 2 noches (estudios) y de 7 noches (apartamentos)
- Horario servicio de recepción: 07:00 h. a 23:00 h.
- Tarifas en régimen de sólo alojamiento. Todas las estancias cuentan con cocina totalmente equipada
- La reserva quedará garantizada realizándose un cargo del 50% del total de la estancia en su tarjeta de crédito o débito. El resto del importe se cargará dentro de las 72 horas previas a su llegada.
- Las reservas se podrán cancelar 7 días antes de la llegada sin cargo alguno. Se deberán notificar por escrito enviando un mail a: residencia@uneatantico.es .
- En caso de no presentado, cancelación fuera de plazo o abandono antes del tiempo acordado una vez hecho el check in, supondrá un cargo automático en la tarjeta de crédito o débito del 100%
