Juan Carlos is the current Head of Strategy and Sustainability at Celsa Group, a steel group with a turnover of more than 6 billion euros in 2022 comprising more than 120 production centres and more than 11,000 employees in 9 European countries. Previously, Juan Carlos had been the Chief Financial Officer of the Celsa Group and started his professional career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen.

Juan Carlos holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona and has postgraduate studies in finance from Stanford University, in general management from IESE (PDG) and in Sustainability and Circular Economy from the University of Cambridge.
